High Street, Sutton
Client & Brief:
To the rear of a commercial property our client wished to develop a disused plot of land that they owned. Their brief to us was to get the maximum amount of apartments on this interesting site on the border of a conservation area, while maintaining spacious and well designed quality of life for the occupants.
What we achieved:
The project achieved 6 apartments with ample amenity and garden space in a mix of communal and private facilities.
Currently going through Full Planning, with a positive response from the Planning Officers at Pre-Application stage.
